Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and purchases from Everyday Peptides, LLC (“Everyday Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You accept these Terms only when a required acceptance control expressly identifies them and you deliberately select that control and submit the associated action, such as Agree and enter site, Register, Save changes, Place Order, or Submit Application and Sign. If you do not agree, do not complete the acceptance action or place an order.
Electronic records, acceptance, and signatures
When a required acceptance control expressly identifies this document and you deliberately select that control and submit the associated action, you consent to use electronic records and signatures, intend that action to serve as your electronic signature, and agree to be legally bound by the identified document. The document is made available for review, download, or printing before acceptance.
Ordinary browsing, viewing products or policies, using search, signing in, restoring an existing session, receiving a copy of a document, or merely creating, having, or using an account without selecting and submitting the identified required acceptance control does not by itself create acceptance or an electronic signature.
We may retain the document version, exact accepted statement, acceptance action, account or transaction identifier, date and time, and privacy-minimized security evidence to document the electronic transaction. If you accept for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. A material change may require a new affirmative acceptance.
Eligibility and research access
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Products are offered to independent researchers, laboratories, companies, and academic institutions purchasing for legitimate, lawful laboratory research.
When you select the applicable required confirmations and submit the research-access, account, or order action, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research.
- Products will not be used in or on humans or animals.
- You have the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and legal authority required to receive, store, handle, use, and dispose of the products safely and lawfully.
- All information you provide is accurate.
The access gate records your self-attestation; it does not independently verify your identity, credentials, or professional qualifications. We may request additional information, limit quantities, refuse access, or decline an order when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or product stewardship.
Research-use restrictions
We market and supply products solely as laboratory research materials. We do not market or authorize them for human, veterinary, clinical, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, feed, or household use.
Products may not be used for:
- Human or veterinary consumption or administration.
- Injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, or topical application.
- Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
- Clinical, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, feed, or household purposes.
- Compounding for human or veterinary use.
- Commercial resale or redistribution.
- Any unlawful purpose.
No dosing, administration, or human-use guidance is provided or authorized.
Product information and documentation
Product descriptions, specifications, lot information, Certificates of Analysis, and Safety Data Sheets are provided for research and handling purposes for each product and lot offered for sale. Lot-specific documentation applies only to the identified lot.
You are responsible for determining whether a product and its documented specifications are appropriate for your lawful research. Product information is not medical, veterinary, legal, or regulatory advice. Images may be illustrative, but the product identity, quantity, lot, and specifications shown in the order and applicable documentation control.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment because of product availability, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, safety concerns, quantity limits, legal restrictions, or other legitimate compliance reasons.
If we cancel an order before shipment, we will return the amount collected for the cancelled items and any other amount that applicable law requires us to refund. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and optional services are shown before the order is submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order.
Payment
You authorize us and the payment provider you select to process the amount shown at checkout. Different payment methods may be processed by different independent providers and may be subject to their own terms. Do not send payment to an account or address that is not displayed through our official checkout or provided directly through a verified Everyday Peptides support channel.
Shipping and cancellation
We currently ship only to eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., subject to the Shipping Policy and carrier-service availability. PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations are unavailable. You may request cancellation before the package is physically tendered to the carrier. Creation of a shipping label by itself does not constitute shipment. Once tendered to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled, but an eligible unopened product may qualify for return under the Refund and Return Policy.
Processing and delivery estimates are not delivery guarantees. If we cannot ship within a promised period, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation choice, or refund required by applicable law.
Returns and order problems
Return eligibility and procedures are governed by the Refund and Return Policy. Do not mail merchandise to the public company address. An authorized return must be sent to the separate return address provided by support.
Please inspect an order promptly and report visible damage, an incorrect item, or missing contents within one business day after recorded delivery when reasonably possible so evidence can be preserved. This prompt-reporting request does not eliminate a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Optional Shipping Protection
Everyday Peptides may offer an optional contractual Shipping Protection service at checkout. The cart may present it selected by default, with its price shown and a visible control to remove it before checkout. We do not represent this add-on as an insurance policy, and it is separate from carrier claim coverage.
Each $6 Shipping Protection unit adds $300 to the purchased protection limit. The maximum permitted quantity is one unit for each $300, or portion of $300, of eligible merchandise value after discounts. For example, an order with $450 of eligible merchandise may select no more than two units, for a $600 nominal purchased limit. Eligible merchandise value excludes taxes, shipping charges, Shipping Protection charges, and other fees.
The maximum remedy for an eligible event is the lesser of the purchased protection limit, the amount actually paid for the affected eligible merchandise, and the actual verified eligible loss. Recovery cannot duplicate or exceed any carrier, third-party, or other recovery for the same loss. The quantity and resulting purchased limit recorded on the order govern that order, subject to the Shipping Policy.
If merchandise is wrong, missing from the packed order, or damaged because of inadequate packing by Everyday Peptides, we will provide an appropriate remedy regardless of whether Shipping Protection was purchased and without applying the optional-protection limit.
Communications
We may send transactional messages concerning access, payment, orders, shipping, recalls, security, policy changes, claims, or support. The public support number accepts text messages only; voice calls are not answered. A support text does not enroll anyone in marketing.
If optional marketing email or SMS is introduced, enrollment must be separate and voluntary. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase, and applicable opt-out instructions must be provided.
Acceptable website use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse another person’s identity or payment method, distribute malware, commit fraud, or use the website to facilitate unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Website design, original text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by Everyday Peptides or used with permission. Subject to the rights and terms of the document owner, product documentation may be used for internal, lawful research and recordkeeping.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Except for an express product specification, lot document, or remedy stated in these policies, we do not promise that a product is suitable for a particular project or result. Nothing on the website is professional medical, veterinary, legal, or regulatory advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss caused by unlawful use, prohibited use, improper storage, improper handling, unauthorized resale, or use contrary to product documentation. For a claim directly arising from an order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a different remedy is required by law or liability cannot lawfully be limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the limitations in this section apply. Nothing in these Terms limits an express promise we made or any right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without depriving a customer of mandatory protections that apply in the customer’s state. Subject to nonwaivable law, disputes may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.
Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version displayed when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and, where continued participation or a new transaction requires acceptance, will require a new affirmative electronic acceptance.
