We begin production by blending USP-certified benzyl alcohol with Sterile Water for Injection (SWFI). To minimize contamination risks, technicians carefully perform this step inside ISO-classified laminar flow hoods or safety cabinets.
After mixing, we pass the solution through a 0.22-micron pharmaceutical-grade filter. This step not only removes impurities but also maintains chemical stability and preserves the integrity of the formula.
Next, we fill 10 mL medical-grade vials with the sterile solution.
